CabinetNG is a robust and full-featured system with options like an integrated forms package. You can name, locate, access, manage, and secure all electronic files and scanned documents in order to create an integrated paperless office.
The Problem – As the information age has continued to evolve, it has spawned a rising tide of documents. Managing the ever increasing volume of records – whether business proposals, electronic health records, tax and title documents, photos and emails, etc., is a daunting challenge for today’s businesses. In the computer age, there is a mountain of material that must be retained, filed, and periodically retrieved to accomplish business objectives.
